• We will send you a text when your booking is confirmed. This will confirm the pick up time and pick up address.
• Please check that the details are correct. If not, please call our call centre on 0161 667 6999.
• When the driver is on route to you, a second text will be sent confirming that the driver is on the way. This text will include a click through to a real time map showing the location of the driver.
• You also have the option on this text to call the driver directly (for privacy, all numbers are hidden).
• When the driver arrives at the pick up point, a further text is sent to confirm to the passenger that the driver has arrived.
• For pick up's from Manchester Airport, no texts are sent.
