We will send you a text when your booking is confirmed. This will confirm the pick up time and pick up address. Please check that the details are correct. If not, please call our call centre on 0161 667 6999.

When the driver is on route to you, a second text will be sent confirming that the driver is on the way. This text will include a click through to a real time map showing the location of the driver. You also have the option on this text to call the driver directly (for privacy, all numbers are hidden).
- When the driver arrives at the pick up point, a further text is sent to confirm to the passenger that the driver has arrived. For pick up’s from Manchester Airport, no texts are sent.

When you have collected your bags and come out into the arrivals hall, please come to the Arrow Desk, located immediately outside arrivals (see below).
