Mutianyu Great Wall and Underground Palace Tour

Join us for a fantastic day out including a delicious Chinese lunch and visit the famous Ming Tombs and the Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall.

Start your day with a visit to the Underground Palace and the Ming Tombs. Dingling is one of the Ming Tombs located at the foot of Tianshou Mountain. This is the burial place of Emperor Wan Li and the only one of the tombs to be excavated.

Also known as the Underground Palace, Dingling is divided into 5 large chambers.

Follow your visit to the Underground Palace with a visit to the Jade Carving Factory to learn about this traditional skill and Chinese lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch the tour will visit Mutianyu Great Wall. Built to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs, this section of the wall is well known fo its beautiful surrounding.

A cable car is available to reach the highest point of the wall (OPTIONAL).

On the return to downtown,see a traditional Chinese tea ceremonybefore returning to your hotel.
