Discover the magic of Sydney on this unforgettable Early Dinner Cruise! You’ll enjoy a delightful two-course a la carte dinner while sailing past the spectacular sights of Sydney on board the "MV Sydney 2000" premium cruising restaurant.

The Early Dinner Cruise departs at 5pm for a 1 1/2-hour cruise of Sydney Harbour. The early evening start means an early finish, making this cruise the perfect option for pre- theatre dining, family groups and those wanting to wind down after a big day in the city.

You can enjoy a delicious two-course Australian a la carte dinner with wine, beer and soft drinks included, as you float past the Sydney skyline.

At the end of the cruise meander along the Darling Harbour foreshore and enjoy a nightcap at one of the many nightclubs and bars or catch the fireworks in Cockle Bay most Saturday nights.

Smoked Ocean Trout, shaved fennel, dill, capers with black caviar dressing (GF)

Main Course:

Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, napolitana salsa with grana Padano cheese (V)

Tasmanian Grilled Salmon Fillet, accompanied by Dutch carrots and asparagus, served with capers and lemon oil (GF)

Pumpkin and spinach stuffed Chicken Breast with baby broccoli, roasted vegetables and chicken jus

Dessert:

Orange and Chocolate Flourless Cake with butterscotch sauce

Manhatten Cheesecake set on crushed biscuit, grated coconut and berry coulis
